Our Farm, Our Home, Our Story
Growing up, we always watched our mothers and grandmothers quietly working magic with the soil planting fruits and vegetables, saving seeds, sharing saplings with neighbours. That childhood memory never left us. So when life finally gave us the chance to live the way we had grown up seeing, we grabbed it with both hands and chose Dharti-our village, our land-as our home. Here at Dharti, every meal is a piece of that story.
Most of what you eat is either grown in our own garden or sourced from our neighbours, living the true Farm‑to‑Table life. Seasonal vegetables, herbs and fruits fill our little paradise: oranges, peaches, plums, guava, wild Himalayan pears, berries of many kinds, sugarcane, jamun, pineapple, strawberry, tomatoes, beans, peas, potatoes, palak, cucumber, cabbage, lettuce, countless local greens, sage, basil, lemongrass and so many flowers that they’ve almost turned our garden into a living prayer.
Village life is not just quieter it is richer. Here, you see where your food comes from, you know the hands that grew it, and you feel the rhythm of the seasons in every plate. We would love for you to come, walk through our garden, breathe in the fragrance of herbs, touch the soil, and let this simple magic awaken something inside you maybe the same childhood memory you carry of your own mother or grandmother tending a little patch of earth.
